Experience

I'm passionate about working with small businesses & direct-to-consumer brands to develop strategy and implement key operational programs. I roll up my sleeves and love all things strategy, operations, & e-commerce. My mission is clear: to address the unique challenges faced by small businesses and empower them for sustainable growth.


My broad skill set includes conducting business analyses, building P&Ls, developing & implementing strategies, and executing growth initiatives. I quickly and seamlessly become a part of the business.


I’ve held important positions at exciting, fast-paced companies. I was one of the first employees on the Retail Buying & Planning team at Canopy Growth. I developed and implemented many key initiatives and processes that helped the division to grow to $1M+ in weekly revenue in just 3 years. While at Indigo, I assisted in managing one of the largest general merchandise portfolio in the company, in addition to overseeing all food consumables, generating a total of $25M in yearly revenue.


Having worked at a larger global company like TJX Companies Inc., I also bring big company processes that complement my entrepreneurial drive. With a rich background in the buying, planning, and merchandising departments of renowned brands such as Michael Kors, Indigo, Danier Leather, and Home Sense, I bring a wealth of industry expertise to the table.
